I am a Malaysian based in London who occasionally runs Malaysian SupperClubs and teach Malaysian cooking. I have done worked with Oliver Peyton’s National Gallery Cafe, Jamie Oliver’s Fifteen and Malaysia Kitchen (being one of their Celeb Chefs doing cooking demonstrations for a Malaysia Kitchen Roadshow in the UK.)
The original intention of this blog was just to be a Malaysian food and travel blog with a collection of recipes, restaurant reviews and travel stories. Since my recent trips to Malaysia, I have been inspired and cajoled into adding the travel and lifestyle section, which is just a collection of quirky things I have seen in Malaysia and a narrative on everyday happenings which just screams out to be documented.
My perspective on Malaysian Life may be skewed as I am seeing it from the outside and have very strong views, not all of which may or may not be expressed here.
On here are a number of Malaysians who are guest bloggers and being extremely sensitive, they all want to remain anonymous.
Not all these independent articles are my own opinions but those of the guest bloggers. If you want to submit an article or a recipe, please contact us via the form on the Contact page.
